NACP approved the results of the full audit of declarations of 9 officials for 2015 year – statement

The National Agency on Corruption Prevention approved the results of the full audit of declarations concerning 9 members of the Cabinet of Ministers, the agency said in a statement on its website.

According to the NACP, this concerns Vice Prime Minister Pavlo Rozenko, Minister of Defense Stepan Poltorak, Minister of Social Policy Andriy Reva, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Ostap Semerak, Minister of Information Policy Yuriy Stets, Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Ihor Nasalyk, Minister of Culture Yevhen Nyshchuk, Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine Vadym Chernysh, and Minister of Infrastructure Volodymyr Omelyan.

The agency stated that, based on the audit results, the officials’ declared assets correspond to data obtained from available sources, and no violations were found.

As reported, during the full audit of declarations the NACP used information obtained from the National Automated Information System of the Department of the State Automobile Inspectorate, the State Ship Register of Ukraine and the Ship Register, the State Register of Property Rights to Real Estate, the State Register of Mortgages, the Unified Register of Prohibitions on the Alienation of Real Estate Objects, the State Register of Civil Aircraft of Ukraine, the State Land Cadastre, the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations, the State Register of Taxpayers, the state registers of patents of Ukraine for inventions, utility models, industrial designs and trademarks, etc.; information obtained in response to requests from state bodies, public and private law legal entities; as well as information presented in the explanations of the declarants and the documents attached to them.
