In Odesa, a convicted employee of the Territorial Defense Coordination Center was promoted: he began torturing people.

In Odesa, a Hadzhiyevsky district employee of the Territorial Defense Coordination Center (TCC) Vladimir Doroshenko was sentenced again to imprisonment after a verdict that led to a promotion.

This was reported by the editorial team of 368.media from a criminal case of the DBR under part 1 of article 28 and part 2 of article 146 of the Criminal Code.

In September 2025-th the Primorsky District Court of Odesa found driver, junior sergeant Vladimir Doroshenko guilty of obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and forging an official document.

The summons was falsified in such a way as not to impose on the recipient an obligation to appear at the TCC, but at the same time to allow passing checkpoints without hindrance and to avoid checks during mobilization. Doroshenko had access to summons blanks, a stamp with the signature of the head and a seal. 17 In April he met an acquaintance near the STVOL arms store and handed over a fictitious summons for a third person. He was detained by SBU officers.

The driver of the TCC was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment with a probation period of 3 years. The verdict was announced on 16 of September.

One might think Doroshenko should have been sent to a combat unit, but… 4 of December 2025 he was appointed to the position of senior sergeant — commander of the 1-th squad of the guard detachment of the TCC.

Of course this scoundrel did not set on the path of reform. In April this year Doroshenko, together with three other servicemen, stopped a civilian man near Kyiv market. Not establishing his identity and not checking the grounds for detention, they forcibly placed him in a service Renault Master and took him to the TCC for VLK processing.

While being held in the car, two members of the group beat the victim with their hands and a baton on the head, face and torso, threatened with sexual violence and shooting the leg. Doroshenko was in the cabin, filming the events on his phone and also expressed threats.

The actions were qualified under part 1 of article 28 and part 2 of article 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — illegal deprivation of liberty and abduction of a person, accompanied by infliction of physical suffering, committed by a group of persons without a prior conspiracy.

19 In August the prosecutor and the accused reached a plea agreement. The victim consented.

The Primorsky District Court 9 of October approved the agreement and sentenced 2 years of imprisonment. Before that, a portion of the previous sentence was partially added. The final sentence is 5 years and 1 months of imprisonment.
