Everstake co-founder and shareholder Yevhen Zaifert operates assets worth billions of dollars but hides his identity publicly, replacing it with AI doubles.
The official part of the biography — large-scale aid to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Together with partners, Zaifert launched the Aid For Ukraine fund, which raised over 60 million dollars in cryptocurrency. However, where the collected funds went is unknown. We wrote about
the disappearance of about 53,7 BTC and 2048 ETH from funds allocated to purchase attack drones through FTX and the American company NEANY Inc. A criminal proceeding No.12025000000000407 has been opened under part 5 of article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (appropriation of property on an especially large scale). It is necessary to check whether Zaifert is registered as an individual entrepreneur in Novosibirsk region of the Russian Federation and information about possible use of Everstake’s infrastructure to service shadow crypto flows.
Zaifert ordered the creation of the websites yevheniizaifert net and zaifertyevhen com. Both resources are typical SEO sites for “noise” and diluting search results for the surname.
📌 The domains were registered on 23 September 2026 (Namecheap, privacy through Withheld for Privacy). The content is mostly template or AI-generated, with publication dates in October.
🔸yevheniizaifert
Positioned as the “Club of famous namesakes” of Yevheniy Zaifert. The site collects biographies of various “Yevheniy Zaiferts”:
✔️ builder / renovation project manager in Moscow (graduate of MGSU, over 180 thousand m²);
✔️ IT entrepreneur and founder of Zaifert AI Solutions (Warsaw / Moscow, SaaS, AI);
✔️ realtor in Barcelona;
✔️ nutritionist in Lisbon;
✔️ personal trainer in Saint Petersburg, etc.
Articles are generic, without real authors, contacts, or verification. The goal is to create many pages with the name “Yevheniy Zaifert” in different professions and cities.
🔸zaifertyevhen
“Expert blog of namesakes.” Various other “Yevheniy Zaiferts” are also collected:
✔️ cosmetologist;
✔️ YouTube entrepreneur;
✔️ butterfly collector;
✔️ Russian scientist who moved to America;
✔️ IT entrepreneur and co-founder of Everstake;
✔️ architect, etc.
🚫 There are separate materials with fantastical plots (winning a million euros in the lottery, applying for asylum in Monaco, tax schemes of a “Siberian farmer”). Some content directly mentions Everstake.
📁 Common features
✔️ Lack of real authors, contacts, sources.
✔️ Template structure “namesakes club / expert blog of namesakes.”
✔️ Many similar pages with the same name.
✔️ Recent domain registration and mass content filling.
The real Zaifert is a co-founder and shareholder of Everstake (founded in 2018, together with Serhii Vasylchuk and others). The company is one of the largest non-custodial staking providers (Proof-of-Stake networks). It participated in creating Aid For Ukraine, where it looted funds together with Minister Fedorov.
Publicly he presents himself as a crypto entrepreneur and philanthropist. Separately, there are materials linking him to the Russian surname Smirnov and the drug cartel “Himprom.”
Such sites are a classic reputation management / SEO-noise tool:
✔️ Flood search results for the surname with a large number of neutral or positive pages (builder, nutritionist, butterfly collector, etc.).
✔️ Dilute negative or undesirable materials (investigations, black PR about “Smirnov / the cartel,” mentions of crypto and money).
✔️ Create the impression that “Yevheniy Zaifert” is a common name of many different people, making it hard to understand who is being referred to.
At the same time, information about the real Zaifert disappears from the web.
