Mykhailo Nahlyi: nighttime car accident and two reports for a company Land Cruiser driven by a drunk shadow director of Ukrnafta, - media

In Kyiv, drunk senior official of Ukrnafta Mykhailo Nahlyi 24 in October, while driving a company Toyota Land Cruiser during curfew, caused a double traffic accident. This is reported by Antikor. According to the administrative protocol texts provided for preparation of this article, 24 in October 2026, in the area of the Southern Railway Station on Heorhiya Kirpy Street, 3, in Kyiv, a traffic accident occurred involving a Toyota Land Cruiser 100 with license plate AA9305KO. The driver is identified as Mykhailo Nahlyi. The protocol EPR1/805169 under article 124 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses states that the driver did not choose a safe speed, failed to maintain a safe lateral interval and distance, and struck parked Toyota Corolla and Renault Trafic vehicles. Mechanical damage to the cars is noted. There are no injuries. The second protocol — EPR1/805156 under part one of article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses — contains descriptions of signs of alcohol intoxication: smell of alcohol, pronounced trembling of the fingers, and speech impairment. The official attempted to flee the scene of the road traffic accident. It is a great fortune that there were no human casualties, because at that time there are many people near the railway station hurrying to catch trains. According to Ukrnafta employees, Mykhailo Nahlyi came together with Ukrnafta head Bohdan Kukura, where they worked together at the company Ukrnaftoburinnia, which belonged to the sanctioned former deputies Vitaliy Khomutynnik, Pavlo Fuks, and Ihor Kolomoyskyi. During Bohdan Kukura’s leadership, Mykhailo Nahlyi rose from an ordinary worker to a top official. Our sources at the company say that the actual influence over managing Ukrnafta is exercised by Mykhailo Nahlyi, while Bohdan Kukura does not impede such management. Our editorial team is preparing requests to the state enterprise and would like to receive official answers regarding the stated circumstances, namely on what basis the person responsible for the accident is using the company vehicle, what official task he was performing during curfew and while intoxicated, whether an internal investigation is being conducted, and who will reimburse the damages caused to the enterprise and to the injured parties.
