Russia attacked Dnipropetrovsk region nearly 40 times

Russian forces shelled six districts of Dnipropetrovsk region nearly 40 times. Two people were killed and seven others were wounded as a result of the attacks.

Dnipropetrovsk region endured another massive attack by Russian forces. During the day the occupiers struck six districts of the region nearly 40 times with drones, artillery, and an aerial bomb. The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, reported the consequences of the shelling on Sunday evening, 8 November.

Residential houses, vehicles, and infrastructure suffered the most damage. In Dnipro private homes, a warehouse, and infrastructure facilities were damaged. One person was killed and three injured people are being treated at home.

Another person was killed in the Nikopol area. The district center and four communities came under fire. Apartment buildings and cars were mangled. A 53-year-old man will be treated on an outpatient basis.

In Synelnykove district the Russians attacked the Rozdory, Shakhtarsk, and Pokrovske communities. Infrastructure was damaged, and a 38-year-old woman was hospitalized in moderate condition.

In Pavlohrad strikes damaged infrastructure and vehicles. A 42-year-old man was brought to the hospital in serious condition. Another victim, a 51-year-old man, will be treated at home.

“Mangled infrastructure,” Oleksandr Hanzha described the consequences of the attacks also in Mykolaivka community of Dnipro Raion, Kamianske, and Bozhedarivka community.

In Kryvyi Rih area, in Hrusheve community, private homes were damaged.

As reported, on the night to Sunday, 8 November, the Russians attacked Ukraine with three Kh-59/69 guided aviation missiles from the Azov Sea waters, 164 Shahed-type strike UAVs (112 of them were rocket-propelled), Gerbera, and imitation drones of the “Parodiya” type.
