Umerov, Budanov, Arahamiya, and Kislytsa: named the Ukrainian delegation to the talks

President Volodymyr Zelensky’s team has already determined the full composition of the Ukrainian delegation for the negotiations in Abu Dhabi.

According to a source, the composition of the Ukrainian delegation looks as follows:

Head of the SBU Rüstem Umerov (head of the delegation),

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov,

Head of the Servant of the People faction Davyd Arahamiya,

First Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Serhiy Kislytsa,

Deputy Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate Vadym Skibitskyi.

It is also stated that an analyst from the team of the Foreign Intelligence Service will participate.

“The president also determined that Hnatov will continue to handle the military track in the talks. He will not be present at this round of negotiations, but on this track there is Skibitskyi; he will continue working with Hnatov,” the source said.

Moreover, according to him, there will also be various European representatives in Abu Dhabi — separate negotiation formats with them are planned.
