Person information

Kiev's "combat rentier" with Kyrgyz roots, a Russian passport in the past, and a decade-long battle for Sky Mall

Born in 1962 in Frunze (Bishkek). Made his first million exporting saiga antelope horns, then telecommunications (sold to Akhmetov), metallurgy (a stake in ISD), and "Vik Oil" gas stations (sold a stake to the Anglo-Russian TNK-BP). His wealth is currently estimated at $250–300 million; he owns the Art Mall shopping center and collects avant-garde art. An eternal participant in corporate wars — has been fighting for Sky Mall for a decade against Tomas Fiala (Dragon Capital).

Fuel tenders worth billions — and a Russian passport he "changed" only in 2014

According to Bihus.Info investigation, Adamovskyi admitted financing "Trade Commodity" — a company that secured state fuel tenders worth over 7 billion UAH (in partnership with MP Granovskyi). Regarding Russia: Forbes explicitly states that Adamovskyi exchanged his Russian passport for a Ukrainian one only in 2014; kompromat sources go further — claiming he secretly retained Russian citizenship and conducted business in occupied Crimea (this remains unverified). A businessman who changed his flag precisely when it became inconvenient not to.
