Creator of Helsi, which sold the medical service to Kyivstar
Serial IT entrepreneur from Kyiv's Solomianska district. He is a member of the strategic council of the business association Diia.City United. Built Helsi — the largest medical platform in Ukraine (doctor appointments, electronic medical records), used by millions of patients and thousands of institutions. Gradually sold stakes to Kyivstar (VEON group): in May 2025, the operator increased its share to ~98%, buying out co-founders' shares for $10.5 million. Concurrently, he develops the insurance service Lilo (co-founders — Dmytro Shymkiv, Vasyl Zadvornyi, Walter Schekman, and others), the pet app Bubibo, and in 2026 invested up to €8 million in the smart meter plant GridWe.

A question arises: a person who operated medical data of millions of Ukrainians for years is now involved in gambling, raising concerns about how transparently these spheres are separated.
