Leads Uzhhorod while his closest relatives actively develop the city

After the full-scale invasion began, the mayor's family sharply increased its activity in development: his ex-wife and son are co-owners of several companies building business-class residential complexes. Andriiv himself appears almost empty in the declaration — because on the eve of the construction boom, he formalized his divorce.

In 2024 — just before the active deployment of construction projects — Andriiv officially divorced his wife. However, journalists from Bihus.Info documented that the couple continues to live on a shared closed courtyard in a suburb of Uzhhorod, and in the summer of 2025, they traveled abroad together. The mayor himself uses an Audi car, registered to his ex-wife's company, free of charge every day.

"French Yard" and Korban's people

The most prestigious lot in Uzhhorod with a view of Bozdosky Park is being developed jointly: the clients are "Maverick Development" within Korban's orbit and "Maverick Development 2," among the co-owners of which are the mayor's ex-wife, his brother's ex-wife, and nieces; the director is Andriiv's son.

The developer is the Dnipro-based "Daytona Group" — a company known for scandalous developments in Dnipro and an attempt to destroy Protasiv Yar in Kyiv. Public activist and soldier Roman Ratushny, who died in 2022 defending Ukraine, was actively opposing the development of Bozdosky Park. In response to journalists' inquiries, Andriiv said: "I have not made any decisions in my own interests or in the interests of family members."
