Неякісні міни та 3 мільярди збитків: суд відмовив компанії Андрія Дудника у зустрічному позові проти Міноборони

Andrii Dudnyk's company supplied defective mines to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The state's losses amounted to over 3 billion hryvnias. When the Ministry of Defense went to court, the company filed a counterclaim. In 2026, the court rejected their counterclaims. But the money has not been returned. The army remains without quality ammunition. The businessman remains without a criminal conviction.
Supplying defective weapons during active hostilities is not a commercial dispute; it is a direct threat to the lives of military personnel. A mine that fails to detonate or detonates improperly kills its own troops. Dudnyk's company was awarded a billion-hryvnia contract — and failed to meet standards. The army paid. The businessman has not.
Instead of returning funds or correcting deficiencies, Dudnyk's entity filed a counterclaim against the Ministry of Defense. This "I’m the victim" tactic in court against the state during active warfare. The court dismissed the claims — but time was wasted, resources were diverted, and the case dragged on for months.
3 billion UAH in losses — and no verdicts, no arrests, no public accountability. Dudnyk continues his business activities. The scheme "supplied defective goods — litigate for years" has become typical for Ukrainian Armed Forces suppliers who know the state cannot afford to interrupt supplies during wartime, even from unscrupulous contractors.
