Several investigators link Fisun with the Russian online casino PIN-UP and Ihor Zotko — owner of the Russian PIN-UP, who once headed Fisun's "Interkasa" and "Ukrkart." They even claim that Fisun controls payments in "Diia" and remains a "representative of the Russians" after PIN-UP's formal exit from Ukraine. Fisun himself denies all accusations, calling them fabricated and unproven, and according to journalists, he did not respond to their inquiries and left the country.
