Native of Rakivka village in Kyiv region (born ~1998), youngest deputy of the 8th convocation of Bucha City Council from "Servant of the People", head of the NGO "Youth Community." He led the Department of International Cooperation of Kyiv Regional Military Administration; at the end of July 2026, he left this position and became advisor to the Minister of Reconstruction and Infrastructure Mykola Kalashnyk. Son of Vadym Herashchenko — authorized representative of the "Servant of the People" faction in the Kyiv Regional Council.

According to an analysis by "KyivVlada" and other media, his 2023 declaration indicates an inheritance of 5.1 million UAH, approximately 2.7 million UAH in cash, $80,000 and £12,000, as well as shares (33% each) in a 126.7 sq.m apartment and parking spot in Odesa, a 1,446 sq.m plot and a 428 sq.m house in Lymanka village (Odesa region); co-owners are his father (50%) and sister Aida (17%). He drives a 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLS 350 D 4MATIC leased from his father's company. For the young official, such assets and the "family" car are interpreted by media as a sign of nepotism — especially since career appointments coincide with the political weight of his father.
