Kalashnyk Mykola Volodymyrovych
Head of the Kyiv Regional (Military) Administration
Deputy, businessman
First Deputy Head of the "Servant of the People" faction in the Kyiv Regional Council and owner of the cosmetic-pharmaceutical company "Alliance of Beauty"
Entrepreneur and business coach, founder and permanent head of "Alliance of Beauty" (cosmetics since 2000, pharmaceutical R&D center since 2007), owner of the charitable foundation "Alliance" and the business YouTube channel "STARТ." In the 8th convocation of the Kyiv Regional Council, he is an authorized representative (first deputy head) of the "Servant of the People" faction and chairman of the specialized commission on socio-economic development.
Former Party of Regions member with a scandal involving a Range Rover and "family" careers
He began his career in the Party of Regions: in 2010 — deputy of Vyshhorod City Council from the Party of Regions; 2012–2014 — assistant to the Party of Regions MP Yaroslav Moskalenko; in 2015 he ran for office from "Our Land" (did not pass), and joined the regional council under the banner of "Servant of the People" (2020).
In 2024, he appeared in the ranking of "political losers of Kyiv region" after declaring the purchase of a new 2022 Range Rover for at least $150,000, registered under his own company. Journalists associate "Alliance of Beauty" with questionable tenders for hygiene and antiseptic products at inflated prices.
"Family" appointments
His son, Mykyta Herashchenko, has built a career within the orbit of the head of the Ministry of Reconstruction, Mykola Kalashnyk: he headed the international cooperation department of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, in July 2026 — the regional "ZeYouth" organization, and later became an advisor to the minister. Media interpret this as a sign of nepotism given the political weight of his father.
