Kostiantyn Globa (born 1985, Kyiv) is the managing partner of the law firm "Globa and Globa", winner of the "Lawyer of the Year 2020 in criminal cases" award. Known for involvement in high-profile cases of Nadiya Savchenko, Boryslav Rozenblat, Vladyslav Manger, Yaroslav Dubnevych, Roman Chervinsky, and others. His client base mainly consists of figures involved in high-profile corruption and criminal proceedings, which in itself is a marker of the environment he operates in. Currently, his license to practice law is suspended or revoked.

In September 2025, Globa was accused by media of kidnapping a car from his ex-wife, illegally obtaining a mobilization exemption through "Module 5," and involvement in disrupting army supply shipments—in exchange for legal cover for their shady deals. During the scandal, he was under the influence of unknown substances and climbed onto the roof of a car in the middle of the street. Later it became known that the lawyer was hiding in the Zakarpattia Territorial Defense Forces.
