Co-founder of the FPV drone manufacturer “General Chereshnya”
Zaporizhzhia lawyer and former regional council deputy, co-founder of the FPV drone manufacturer “General Chereshnya”; publicly claims 'blocked' arms exports
Native of Zaporizhzhia (born April 3, 1985), lawyer — founder of the firm “Yaroslav Hryshyn and Partners”, former deputy of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Council and assistant to MP Bohdan Yaremenko (“Servant of the People”). Co-founder of the combat FPV drone brand “General Chereshnya”; official manufacturer — LLC "Center for Unmanned Systems Research" (CUSR); business revenue for 2025 — approximately 50 million UAH. In an interview with RBC-Ukraine, he argues that the export of Ukrainian weapons is "de facto and de jure blocked" and this slows down the defense-industrial complex.
Featured in reports on the sale of the same drones abroad
FaceNews and Parlament.ua (citing an anonymous "detective bureau Absolution") claim that despite this, the “General Chereshnya” drones are freely sold in the UK by the company Ator Group Ltd, while CUSR allegedly does not have an export license — meaning his public statement about the "ban" contradicts the facts. Other reports (rp.rv.ua) accuse price inflation, "Chinese" components of drones, and purchases without tenders (also mentioning the head of the Defense Procurement Agency Arsen Zhumadilov). FaceNews also writes about his longstanding legal ties to the OCG “Artashi” and about the company's PR director Rudolf Akopyan, connected to the same group.
