UAH 460 million on cottages in Kozyne — "secured financing" from Mindich's criminal funds

On May 11, 2026, NABU and SAP announced suspicion against Yermak under Part 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code (legalization of property obtained by criminal means by an organized group in especially large amounts). According to the investigation, Yermak secured financing for the construction of the "Dynasty" cooperative — funded by the criminal organization of businessman Timur Mindich; the scheme organizer is considered to be former Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Chernyshov. The High Anti-Corruption Court arrested the land plot and five unfinished cottages; after public exposure, the owners tried to remove the property from arrest, and one expert faced pressure. Yermak refused to comment on the suspicion until the investigative actions are completed.
