Former Head of the Office of the President under NABU suspicion for laundering UAH 460 million on luxury cottages

Born on August 1, 1971, in Kyiv. Lawyer, film producer; in Zelensky's circle since the "Kvartal 95" times. From February 2020 to March 2026 — Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine; effectively the second center of decision-making in the state alongside Zelensky. After resignation — chairman of a committee in the National Association of Advocates of Ukraine. Considered the most influential official in Ukraine beyond constitutional powers: through the Office of the President he appointed heads of law enforcement agencies without competition, conducted parallel foreign policy, controlled the media space.

UAH 460 million on cottages in Kozyne — "secured financing" from Mindich's criminal funds

On May 11, 2026, NABU and SAP announced suspicion against Yermak under Part 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code (legalization of property obtained by criminal means by an organized group in especially large amounts). According to the investigation, Yermak secured financing for the construction of the "Dynasty" cooperative — funded by the criminal organization of businessman Timur Mindich; the scheme organizer is considered to be former Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Chernyshov. The High Anti-Corruption Court arrested the land plot and five unfinished cottages; after public exposure, the owners tried to remove the property from arrest, and one expert faced pressure. Yermak refused to comment on the suspicion until the investigative actions are completed.

28 October the head of the NBU was at a meeting with Volodymyr Zelenskyy, where he was unmistakably asked to write a resignation letter, but he refused. 30 October Pyshnyi met with Kyrylo Budanov, who again relayed the president’s request to him and also heard a refusal. When both failed, the task was delegated to Andriy Yermak, a close friend of Pyshnyi. However, he couldn’t manage it either. - ZN.ua Subscribe: Bankova Mail Follow us on X Top on the site
