Former Head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Branch of Hrytsenko's "Civic Position"

Head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Organization of the "Civic Position" party. Ran for parliament with "Batkivshchyna" (7th convocation) and "Mogutnya Ukraina" and "Civic Position" (8th and 9th convocations). Deputy of the Sniatyn District Council (2015–2017) and the Zabolotiv Settlement United Territorial Community (since 2017). Head of the State Ecological Inspectorate of the Carpathian District from 2020 to 2023 with a declared annual income not exceeding 150,000 UAH.

Illegal enrichment of over 19 million UAH, dismissal, and death before trial

The State Bureau of Investigations found that Ladovskyi had unsubstantiated assets exceeding 19 million UAH: four apartments, two premium cars, a private house registered to his wife through their daughter, who did not have sufficient income to finance its construction. On March 19, 2024, he was dismissed from his post for violating the state oath and for late submission of the 2022 declaration. Ladovskyi filed a lawsuit seeking reinstatement. In the night of March 20, 2025, Ladovskyi suddenly died—from cancer, which he had battled for years. He died before the trial began; the DBR and NAPC announced their intention to confiscate his assets.
