Official income from entrepreneurial activities for the declared year amounts to 6.47 million UAH. This is more than 9 times higher than her husband's official salary in the civil service.

Husband's municipal enterprise as additional income

Alongside her entrepreneurial activity, Olena is listed as an employee of the municipal enterprise "Zeus Sports and Health Complex" in Derhachi with a salary of 23.6 thousand UAH. This municipal enterprise is under the administrative influence of her husband as Deputy Head of the Military Administration — a classic conflict of interest.

40 hectares of land for 90 thousand UAH and 100% of LLC "Project Star"

On October 17, 2025, two land plots of 20,000 sq.m. each in Derhachi were registered to Olena — the official value of each being 45,346 UAH. The market price for 40 hectares in the Kharkiv suburbs is incompatible with the declared figures. She is also the sole owner of LLC "Project Star" with a charter capital of 122.5 thousand UAH. Cash: $52,000 and 10,000 euros.
