Illegal commercial activity despite parliamentary mandate
While serving as a People's Deputy, he was not allowed to engage in commercial activities, however, according to sources, he never ceased such activities. Polish media revealed that through the company IRC he bought luxury real estate in Warsaw — apartments in the Cosmopolitan skyscraper and several flats in expensive districts — for a sum close to $5 million.
Trading salo from the parliamentary podium
In 2015, journalists published photos from the deputy’s mobile phone where he was messaging with business partners discussing salo trade — despite his status as a People's Deputy.
NABU investigation and undeclared property
The Anti-Corruption Bureau found undeclared property in the deputy's declaration, after which the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), at NABU’s request, audited his declarations. In the CHESNO catalog, he appears as the ultimate beneficial owner of LLC "Agrotekhnika" with episodes including tax evasion, tender manipulations with inflated prices, and fictitious competition.
