Young "Servant of the People" with a single official income — and "illegal" real estate schemes
Born in 1993 in Sumy, former Ukrainian badminton champion and SMM entrepreneur (agency "ibrand.pro"). In 2019, at 26 years old, he entered the Parliament from "Servant of the People" in the district of Dnipro; currently — head of the subcommittee on waste management (i.e., the "waste" deputy). On paper, quite modest: the only source of income is the deputy's salary of about 55,000 UAH per month.

According to journalists' investigation, the official salary is not the whole truth: close relatives of Nesterenko help his fellow deputy Viktor Myalyk evade taxes on the sale of real estate in the residential complex "Lvivskiy Zatyshok" near Kyiv, and Nesterenko himself supposedly receives unofficial "illegal" income from it. There is no official suspicion against him — this is the level of an OSINT investigation, not an NABU case. But a "waste" deputy earning off-declaration income is a very recognizable type.
