Black PR specialist, co-founder of "Democratic Axe"
A Mykolaiv political technologist (born 1981), blogger, founder and former editor-in-chief of the "Petro and Mazepa" resource, co-founder of the "Democratic Axe" party. Did not obtain higher education — according to media reports, expelled from three universities. Since 2022 — junior sergeant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; since August 2025 — member of the Anti-Corruption Expert Group at the PlayCity agency (gambling regulator).
From praising Yanukovych to "information war with the SBU"
Compromising media call him a "PR specialist without principles": until 2014, according to media publications, he was associated with the "Party of Regions", glorified Yanukovych's regime and was described as an "adherent of Russian nationalism." After Maidan, he sharply changed sides: claimed that "Petro and Mazepa" worked in communication with the SBU to discredit "Novorossiya." Among the organizations he founded is the NGO "Ukrainian Institute of Russian Strategies."
BPP headquarters and Biryukov
In 2016–2017 — head of the BPP headquarters in Mykolaiv region and personal PR specialist of Poroshenko’s advisor Yuriy Biryukov; moved to Kyiv following him. Reddit investigators and media accused him of doing PR "on the side of whoever pays more."
