Member of Parliament of the VII–VIII convocations (majoritarian candidate, electoral district No. 199, Cherkasy region). Before joining the Parliament — owner of Dobro Motor Transport Enterprise, General Director of the Zhashkiv Horse Factory, deputy of the Kyiv Regional Council. In 2012, he was elected to Parliament as an independent candidate and immediately joined the Party of Regions faction; he left it on February 17, 2014, and quickly 'changed into a vyshyvanka' (traditional embroidered shirt), joining the Revival group. Media reported two youthful convictions — for apartment burglary and theft.
