"Not an Oligarch" with a Billion-Dollar Inheritance

Andriy Vadaturskyi persistently positions himself as a "neo-oligarch" — he walks on foot and says he lived in a Khrushchev-era apartment for 20 years. At the same time, he is the ultimate beneficiary of eight companies and the head of "Nibulon" — an agricultural holding with 82,500 hectares of leased land, 19 elevators, and its own shipbuilding plant. The land bank, fleet, and terminals are an inheritance from his billionaire father. "Not an oligarch" — by his own definition, but certainly not by the scale of his assets.

Flights Abroad During the War and "Risky" Counterparties

Anti-corruption media have recorded Vadaturskyi's trips abroad amid full-scale warfare and general mobilization rhetoric. Among "Nibulon's" counterparties, journalists have identified companies classified as "risky" in financial monitoring systems. Searches at the company's terminal in Mykolaiv were conducted on suspicion that products acquired by counterparties for cash were stored there.

State Billions and "Suspicious" Declarations

"Nibulon," as one of the largest agro-exporters, received significant state support and preferences during the grain corridor period. At the same time, Vadaturskyi's public declaration appears suspiciously modest for the heir of an agro-empire that invested 2 billion dollars in logistics. Media point out that public "neo-oligarch" status and the real scale of assets are incompatible.

Father Died — Inheritance Received, Questions Remain

Oleksiy Vadaturskyi died together with his wife during a missile strike on Mykolaiv in August 2022. Along with tragedy, control over one of Ukraine’s largest private agroholdings passed to Andriy. A former member of parliament, now owner and director. Questions about asset transparency, flights abroad, and "risky" partners remain unanswered.
