"Crypto Guru," founder of Financial Freedom Academy

A young Kyiv resident (born circa 1997), founder of Financial Freedom Academy (FFA). He promoted paid trading courses (ranging from several hundred to several thousand dollars) and training to "earn from $1,500 per month" on cryptocurrencies. According to BlackBox OSINT calculations, through only four individual entrepreneurs used by Orlovskyi, over two years he collected about $1 million. At the same time, no property or real estate is registered in his name in Ukraine; however, his father and brother registered land plots near the "Mezhyhirya" residence worth approximately $670 thousand. According to law enforcement, Orlovskyi is known in Ukraine, Russia, Poland, UAE, and Turkey for selling nonexistent cryptocurrencies at a discount, trading courses, and creating pyramid schemes based on Ponzi structures; after receiving funds, he ceased responding to messages.

Criminal proceedings in 2024, $4 million debt, and conflicting official statements

On May 3, 2024, the Ministry of Internal Affairs opened a criminal case following a collective complaint by defrauded investors; according to the police, Orlovskyi owes investors more than $4 million. Charges imply imprisonment from 5 to 12 years; extradition from Dubai is being considered. At the same time, in response to a request from Orlovskyi's lawyer, as of July 1, 2024, the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine officially confirmed that he is not listed as a suspect or accused in the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations — which contradicts reports of an open case.
