Svitlana Oleksandrivna Paveletska is a communications specialist, entrepreneur, co-founder of the publishing house Knyholav, and wife of former Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba.

Career in the media empires of Akhmetov and Kolomoisky

She started in corporate PR at Metinvest, owned by Akhmetov. From 2011 to 2020, she worked at 1+1 Media owned by Kolomoisky: headed the PR department, then the combined marketing and PR department, and in 2019 joined the holding’s board. She left the company in January 2020 following an internal reorganization.

Knyholav — joint business with Tkachenko and Kovalov

In 2016, together with 1+1 CEO Oleksandr Tkachenko and UNIAN CEO Artem Kovalov, she founded the publishing house Knyholav. Notably, Tkachenko later became Minister of Culture, and Kovalov became a Servant of the People party member of parliament. Thus, all three business partners converted their media experience into government or parliamentary positions.

Institute of Cognitive Modelling

In February 2020, she became head of the Institute of Cognitive Modelling — an organization associated with the controversial "psychiatrist" Spartak Subbota, specializing in technologies influencing mass consciousness.

Wife of former minister and new ambitions

In 2021, a public scandal arose regarding her relationship with the Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba. In November 2025, the couple announced their engagement, submitting an application via Diia. She is currently active in the media space — blogging on NV.ua, public speaking, and developing a new network of intimate boutiques called N'joy. She is actively attempting to return to the public administration.
