Civil engineer and economist, before joining public service she organized procurement at ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih and Metinvest. Since September 2019 — First Deputy Chair of the AMCU; from July 2020 — acting Chair, from October 2020 — Chair of the AMCU. In September 2023 she was dismissed — Arakhamia announced her resignation amid rumors of appointment to the State Property Fund of Ukraine. On January 10, 2024, the Rada appointed her Chairperson of the Accounting Chamber.

Sister on Zelensky's villa, G7 protests, and business trip to London for Accountant's Day

Olha's sister, Svitlana Pishchanska, since July 2019 has been director of the Italian company "San Tomasso," to which Zelensky's villa in the Forte dei Marmi resort is registered; she also donated UAH 145,000 to "Servant of the People" and claimed to know the president personally from childhood. Herashchenko called Pishchanska's appointment to the Accounting Chamber "a disgrace and nepotism"; G7 ambassadors publicly expressed dissatisfaction with the candidate. On November 8, 2024, Pishchanska traveled on a business trip to the United Kingdom to celebrate International Accountant's Day — during the full-scale war.
