Kharkiv-based agrobusinessman, lawyer (born in Kharkiv, graduate of the University of Internal Affairs), attorney. Owner and CEO of the NOVAAGRO group (elevators, feed mills, poultry farming, TM "Darysava"); some of the structures are routed through Cyprus. In 2023–2024, for $4.5 million, he bought from SigmaBleyzer Michael Bleyzer’s controlling stake (56.9%) in the French agroholding AgroGeneration, becoming its executive director.

Conflict with partner and "King of Kharkiv Raiders"

Since 2014, involved in a high-profile corporate conflict with former partner Bichuch around "Agrosvit": the parties accused each other of share appropriation and raiding; several joint companies went bankrupt; media dubbed Polumysnyi "King of Kharkiv Raiders." In 2024, Danish Agromino publicly accused NOVAAGRO structures of a "raider attack" on Vovchansk elevator through appointed liquidator and private executor — Polumysnyi's company was called "Agrarian Raider No. 1 of Kharkiv region." Court cases lasted until 2024. Listed in corruption case databases. During the war, about 70% of the group’s assets were occupied or damaged.
