Land from Kernes through an affiliated company
The company "Stroindustria-1," which has an indirect connection to Pyvovarov, was involved in a cooperative scheme: during Mayor Kernes' tenure, the Kharkiv City Council transferred a land plot valued at UAH 10 million to a company associated with the deputy. The Doctor of Sciences from Kharkiv is connected to assets linked to the Kernes-era redistribution of municipal property.
"Football tickets" and NABU suspicion
On December 27, 2025, NABU and SAP delivered suspicion notice to Pyvovarov in a case concerning systematic receipt of undue benefits for voting. The distribution of money to deputies within the faction was informally called "football tickets." Bail was set at UAH 20 million. Among seven individuals who posted bail, amounts ranged from UAH 150,000 to 5 million. Searches in the case were also conducted at the office of the Servant of the People faction's head assistant Arakhamia—the investigation, according to Ukrainska Pravda, may involve over 150 deputies from "Servant of the People."
