A non-public “notorious” figure in the pharmaceutical and “coal” business, a graduate of a pharmaceutical university in the Russian Federation; according to media reports — originally from Russia, a “Moscow businessman.” For a long time, he conducted Russian-Ukrainian business activities, including attempting to privatize the State Enterprise "Artyomsol."
