Additionally, since January 2024, the Samsoniuk spouses have had power of attorney for a Range Rover Defender (2020 model year). Thus, the family of the deputy head of the prosecutor's office, who supervises law observance in Luhansk region, simultaneously owns an American muscle car and a British premium-class SUV — with declared cash of 200,000 UAH and no indicated bank accounts or other active financial instruments. The material basis allowing the maintenance of two such vehicles is not reflected in the declaration. No responses from the National Agency for Corruption Prevention (NACP) or law enforcement agencies have been recorded.
