Crimea, Russia and Partner-Occupier

Until 2018, the Crimean legal entity Domino officially paid taxes to the Russian budget. Co-owner of that entity was Oleksandr Shavkun — owner of "Krym Bithim," which still operates for the occupiers. In Yalta on Lenin Embankment operates Domino Eight Yalta labeled as DOMINO GROUP PROJECT. In June 2022 — during the full-scale war — Shukhnin registered LLP "Domino Butik" in Almaty. The scheme: goods go from Russia through Kazakhstan to Ukraine bypassing sanctions.

500 Million Turnover and 4160 Hryvnias in Taxes

Officially, Shukhnin is an individual entrepreneur of the second group with a limit of 6.6 million UAH. But six boutiques and a public statement that he earned 3 million UAH over two holiday days amount to 540 million a year: 81 times above the limit. Actual turnover is cycled through a chain of front individual entrepreneurs. Goods are imported through customs under the guise of humanitarian aid. Monthly single tax — 4160 UAH. The State Bureau of Economic Security (SBE) is aware. Reaction — none.

Criminal Case and Network Purge

In February 2025 a criminal proceeding for fraud of 18 thousand dollars related to Shukhnin's structures was opened. Amid investigations into Crimean schemes, inconvenient information started disappearing from the network — publications are deleted, top materials are replaced with commissioned articles about "patriotic business."

Pickup for 3 Million — Foundation One Month After Scandal

Charity started in August 2025 — exactly after the first investigations. Domino Foundation was established in September. Before that — no mention of army support. Toyota Hilux costing 3 million and 40 thousand for advertising this "volunteer" campaign. PR cost more than all previous charity combined.
