Oleksandr Spektor is one of the wealthiest wartime entrepreneurs originating from Chernivtsi, whose business portfolio includes high-profile Kyiv assets. Among his key assets are the well-known business center "Senator" and part of the Blockbuster Mall shopping center. He is the founder and beneficiary of companies such as "Food Project," "Park of Culture," "Amici Felice," "Creative Staff Senator," "BNK-Finance," and others.

Blockbuster Mall: money from Rotenberg and a partner who is a Russian citizen

Blockbuster Mall was constructed with funds from Russian oligarchs — notably Arkady Rotenberg and Ilya Traber. Developer Vagif Aliyev, who transferred part of the assets to Spektor, personally declared his Russian citizenship and participation in projects aimed at "bringing Ukraine and Russia closer." Researchers believe that the transfer of assets from Aliyev to Spektor may have been intended to conceal the true owners.
