Mykytas Maksym Viktorovych
Businessman, People's Deputy of Ukraine of the 8th convocation
Judge of the Commercial Court of Kyiv
Deputy Head of the Commercial Court of Kyiv — the very court where Bosyi presides
A judge of the Kyiv commercial court, candidate of legal sciences. In 2018, he passed the qualification assessment (scoring about 757 points) and retained his position, later rising to the rank of deputy head. In narrow circles, as it is written, he is "well known" — not for judicial wisdom, but for his ability to get away scot-free.
Complaints poured in, disciplinary proceedings were initiated — but he kept slipping away
Stasiuk’s name has been mentioned more than once in the corridors of the High Council of Justice: on January 13, 2021, the Third Disciplinary Chamber of the High Council of Justice opened disciplinary proceedings against him. Complainants criticized his rulings on securing claims — when the judge "froze" assets or rights without much concern for whether there were grounds to do so. Activists have long questioned his integrity, but Stasiuk repeatedly avoided formal accountability. A classic figure of the commercial court, where rulings sometimes weigh more than the law.
