Person information
25 years in the banking sector
Inna Tyutyun (Bohdanivna) is a member of the management board of Sense Bank, responsible for IT, retail, and payments division. She has been in the banking sector since 1996: "Sintez," "Brokbusinessbank" (13 years), NBU, Ukrgasbank. Since 2018, she has been Deputy Chairperson of the Ukrainian Fintech Association, chaired by Rostyslav Dyuk, who joined the supervisory board of Sense Bank at the same time as her appointment to the management board.
NEQSOL Holding and potential conflict of interest
From 2021 to 2023, Tyutyun was an advisor to the CEO of the Kyiv office of NEQSOL Holding — an Azerbaijani holding company that owns Vodafone Ukraine and was simultaneously considering acquiring Sense Bank. In other words, a person who advised a potential buyer of the bank entered the management board of the same bank a year later, now as a state representative. The conflict of interest was never publicly addressed.
Appointment with a “quota”
According to transcripts of the "Mindich tapes," the parties involved in the NABU case discussed "quotas" in the supervisory board and management board of Sense Bank in advance — before official decisions by the government and the NBU. Tyutyun joined the management board formed precisely during this period.
