Interrogation by NABU and bribery in the financial committee

In March 2020, the High Anti-Corruption Court fined Zablotskyi 1,051 UAH for failure to appear for questioning as a witness. NABU and SAP investigated a bribery case involving members of the parliamentary Finance Committee — allegedly for not voting against a bill on the liquidation of authorized real estate evaluation platforms. Zablotskyi in the case is a witness, not a suspect.

Declaration check and a failed promise

The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) included Zablotskyi in the list of deputies whose declarations are subject to full verification. Failed a promise to introduce the "three strikes law" modeled on the American example — did not submit the draft law within six months.
