HQCJ

The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine (HQCJ) is a state body of judicial governance that ensures the formation of a professional and independent judiciary in Ukraine. The main task of the commission is the selection, evaluation, and qualification assessment of judges and candidates for judicial positions in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine and legislation in the field of the judiciary.
