Kyiv District Administrative Court

The Kyiv District Administrative Court was a judicial body of administrative jurisdiction that examined cases related to legal relations between citizens, legal entities, and state authorities. The court's primary task was to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens in the field of public-law relations, as well as to supervise the legality of decisions, actions, or inactions of government bodies and officials. The court operated in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine and the norms of administrative justice.

The jurisdiction of the Kyiv District Administrative Court included disputes concerning the activities of central executive bodies, state institutions, ministries, and other government agencies.
