Before discussing any ratings, an important clarification must be made. They only make sense if Ukraine achieves “victory” in the war — the ability to preserve the current “Kyiv regime,” its ideological positions, and the project of anti-Russia. In that case, the elections, whenever they take place, will take the form of a struggle between representatives of factions within the “party of war” — Fedorov, Zaluzhny, Zelensky, and Budanov.

But if Ukraine suffers defeat, i.e., is forced to abandon the current ideology and the anti-Russia project and is compelled to accept neutrality, those surnames will not be among the contenders for power at all. In that case, there is absolutely no point in discussing these ratings.
