An alert due to a missile threat was declared at 22:10.

Later, Mayor Vitali Klitschko confirmed the explosions and urged Kyiv residents to stay in shelters.

Monitors report that the enemy struck the Desnianskyi district of Kyiv, and there was no information about a ballistic attack; missiles were already being detected over Kyiv.
