Муаз із Нальчика на Північному Кавказі пройшов через російські катівні та тюрми, де його переслідували через релігійні переконання. Після звільнення він утік до України, а з початком повномасштабного вторгнення долучився до оборони нашої держави. Нині він командує групою у складі 33-го окремого штурмового полку ЗСУ.

Про пережиті катування, втечу з росії та бойовий шлях в Україні Муаз розповів в інтерв’ю на YouTube-каналі «Бутусов Плюс». Він також поділився історіями бойових операцій, зокрема на Київщині, Донеччині, Харківщині та в Курській області.
