🎉 Rutte told how he and Zelensky plan to celebrate the end of the war: "We'll get drunk in the Swiss Alps"
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte shared on the Dutch talk show Pauw & De Wit plans for how he will celebrate the end of the Russian–Ukrainian war together with President Volodymyr Zelensky.
"Yes, we'll get drunk in the Swiss Alps. We'll sit on a Swiss mountain and get properly drunk. That's our plan," Rutte replied.
When asked whether there are already concrete arrangements for this, the NATO secretary general answered in the affirmative.
During the conversation with Rutte, the moderator noted that in the documentary about the previous NATO secretary general Jens Stoltenberg there was mention of an agreement with Zelensky to "go fishing after the war ends."
