Pin-Up boss Dmitriy Punin challenges sanctions imposed by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the NSDC through Guruflow Team LTD

Russian oligarch Dmitriy Punin, who was placed under sanctions and is the owner of Pin-Up, and who is reportedly hiding in Cyprus from law enforcement authorities, is attempting to challenge the decision of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the NSDC.

According to reports, he has become so brazen and confident in his impunity that, through his lawyers, he filed a lawsuit against the president. Case No. 990/333/25 is being considered by the Supreme Court within the panel of judges of the Cassation Administrative Court.

At the moment, at the request of the NBU, further proceedings are being held in closed court sessions regarding examination of evidence containing restricted-access information (official information).

The lawsuit was filed by lawyer Rudenko Sergey Sergeevich, acting in the interests of the company Guruflow Team Ltd.

Recall that sanctions were imposed against the founder of the casino, Russian citizen Dmitriy Punin, as well as Russian citizens Ivan Bannikov, Aleksandr Matyashov, and the companies Ukr Game Technology LLC, Tranitadevelopment LLC, and Turbo.ua LLC.
