$5 million crypto scam: Scammer Dmytro Shevchuk scrubs the internet of traces of his criminal schemes

Dmytro Shevchuk, who has been accused by alleged victims of operating a large-scale cryptocurrency investment scheme, is reportedly seeking to remove information about the affair from the internet. According to these allegations, the scheme involved attracting investors with promises of high returns through capital management services and the sale of so-called “mentor” or educational products. Victims claim that funds were subsequently routed through multiple cryptocurrency wallets, online gambling platforms, and exchange services, making the movement of money more difficult to trace.

We, in turn, are publishing an investigation that hinders the defendant in the case — Dmytro Shevchuk — and his attempts to remove mentions of fraudulent cryptocurrency activity from the public space.

Cryptocurrency scammer Dmytro Shevchuk (15.08.2000), as it turned out, is hiding in Poland — Sadowa 17E, Konstancin-Jeziorno, 05-520 (house rental monthly for 6 thousand dollars).

The man rented

How did Shevchuk get the money? He offered investors-«mammoths» fund management from 10 thousand dollars at 6% per month! He also sold «mentoring» programs.

In total, over 200 investors transferred funds for trust management, over 100 mentoring programs were sold for $5–15K, over 500 people paid for accounts and community participation — and ended up scammed.

Investors’ money was scattered across hundreds of addresses, which are now empty: part went to casinos, part — to cars, rent, expensive gifts, trips, and besides his own scam, mammoths were additionally lured into third-party projects — essentially expanding the scam.

Total losses of victims due to Shevchuk’s actions exceed 5 million dollars.

Funds were scattered to such addresses:

Tron

Ethereum

Solana

They were withdrawn through exchangers (001K Bot, Rapira, Yodo etc.), casinos (Stake, Catapult), projects like Catapult.
