Dmytro Rukin has two public biographies. The first is that of a fintech entrepreneur: a Ukrainian, founder and CEO of LaFinteca, a person building payment infrastructure for Latin America, working with Pix, Boleto, local payment services, and obtaining regulatory status in Brazil.
