Bereza said that "Ukrainian security services" were surveilling him in Vienna

Former member of parliament Boryslav Bereza, who has been sanctioned by the National Security and Defense Council (RNBO), said that in Vienna he was followed by people he associates with Ukrainian security services.

Bereza wrote this on social media:

"I didn't think I'd have to record a video like this. But when people who are connected to a Ukrainian security service appear near the address where I'm registered in Vienna and try to collect information about me, you can't stay silent anymore."

The ex-MP claims that unidentified individuals, who he says were identified, were surveilling a place where Bereza periodically appears.

"And earlier I was already warned that after returning to Ukraine they could 'find' drugs or grenades in my car or simply fabricate a case. So what was that? Whose team? And what exactly were they preparing? And also, what am I going to do?" Bereza said.

According to Bereza, he plans to appeal to Vienna law enforcement agencies, as well as to the Council of Europe about this situation.

"Because it seems to me that when Ukrainian power structures start surveilling someone, and then something could happen to an opponent of the Ukrainian authorities, a big question arises: who initiated this? I can assume it was a very zealous officer who wanted to curry favor. I give an opportunity for a rollback to those who initiated this. Or conversely, representatives of the Office of the President, or Zelensky himself gave the order to act against me. I don't know, I don't have that information. I hope European services that will handle this will clarify it," Bereza said.

... At the beginning of July, President Volodymyr Zelensky enacted the RNBO decision on sanctions, including against former MP Boryslav Bereza. The ex-MP said he connects this to his criticism of the authorities and noted that now he has sanctions from both Putin and Zelensky.

Also recall that 29 in June three people were injured as a result of an explosion in Monaco, two of whom received very severe injuries. Media reported that this involved the sanctioned Ukrainian businessman Yermolayev and his relatives. Previously, SBU employees carried out illegal secret surveillance of opposition journalists and anti-corruption activists in Ukraine. They also intimidated NABU detectives and fabricated criminal proceedings against them.

And in general the SBU today works for the "Mindichs," the "Shefirs," and the "Tsukermans" — the Dnipro ethnic organized crime group headed by Ihor Kolomoisky, whose detention is allegedly being simulated in the SBU pretrial detention center by the security service.

Head of the Center for Civil Liberties Vitaliy Shabunin already warned: "... the next step for the State Bureau of Investigation/Office of the Prosecutor General/'rear' SBU in copying the Russian Federation will be the nullification of critics of Zelensky (as the FSB did with Putin's critics)."
