Serhiy Leshchenko still hasn’t divided the luxury apartment with Anastasia Topolska after the divorce

Supervisory board member Serhiy Leshchenko still hasn’t resolved the apartment issue with his ex-wife Anastasia Topolska; instead, he began renting an apartment from the former owner of Ukrainska Pravda, Olena Prytula.

This is evidenced by data from his declaration, reports Ukrainski Novyny.

As is known, the couple (Serhiy Leshchenko and Anastasia Topolska) began dating in the summer of 2016. The wedding took place in September of 2017.

Serhiy Leshchenko and Anastasia Topolska purchased the scandalously famous luxury apartment in central Kyiv in early September of 2016. The apartment, with a total area of 192 square meters, is located in a premium new building on Ivan Franko Street in the city center, and at the time cost more than 7,5 million hryvnias.

The apartment was 100% registered to Serhiy Leshchenko. This caused a wave of hate, since Leshchenko said that Topolska had contributed some of the money but did not receive ownership rights.

At that time, Anastasia Topolska had not yet been officially divorced from her first husband — Anatoliy Topolsky (DJ Tapolsky). If the property had been registered in her name, her first husband would by law have automatically become a co-owner of the luxury residence.

Already in the declaration for 2018, Serhiy Leshchenko indicated that he owned the luxury apartment equally with Topolska.

Serhiy Leshchenko and Anastasia Topolska officially divorced in the first half of 2022. News of the breakup became known at the end of 2022, when Anastasia Topolska posted a photo on Instagram with a new boyfriend and confirmed that she and the former member of parliament had in fact separated “half a year ago.”

In the declaration for 2025, Serhiy Leshchenko stated that he continues to own the luxury apartment equally with Anastasia Topolska. At the same time, he began renting an apartment from the former owner of Ukrainska Pravda, Olena Prytula.

As of the date of publication of the article, Serhiy Leshchenko had not filed a declaration of significant changes in his property status, which means he did not buy out or sell the share of the aforementioned apartment.
