Manganets without drinking water for several days: Koretsky named the restoration timeline

In Mangace? (Manganets) and neighboring communities in Dnipropetrovsk region, there has been no drinking water for several days due to an accident on the water main. The authorities named the timelines for restoring water supply.

"This is the consequence of an accident on the main water conduit, as well as incomplete and untimely reaction by responsible officials. Strict conclusions will be drawn in the near future," he noted. Koretsky emphasized that he expects from the head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Hanji, full involvement and resolution of the problem of providing residents with water today. "I tasked to implement urgent measures that will speed up the repair of equipment on the main water line, ensure the supply of technical water, and deliver drinking water to the local population," the prime minister said. The process of restoring water supply since yesterday is being coordinated by Infrastructure Minister Mykola Kalashnyk.

As a reminder, yesterday's Russian shelling led to power outages for 126 thousands of families in Dnipropetrovsk region. Specifically, in Nikopol, Mangace? (Mangants), Pokrov and nearby villages. In addition, 5 August, Kramatorsk and the settlements adjacent to it in Donetsk region temporarily lost water supply.
