Forever in the Ranks: Soldier Bohdan Sosinskyi Has Died

Ukraine has lost another defender. Due to a serious illness, serviceman from Ternopil Bohdan Sosinskyi has died.

This was reported by Ternopil mayor Serhii Nadal.

What is known about the serviceman?

The mayor of the city 8 August reported that as a result of a severe illness 5 August serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Sosinskyi Bohdan Pavlovych died.

The mayor noted that on 8 August at 11 o'clock at the House of Mourning on Mykulynetska Street, the community of Ternopil will bid the defender his final farewell.

Whom else has Ukraine lost?

While carrying out a combat mission in the Kharkiv region, serviceman from Ternopil region Yurii Pushkar was killed. The soldier was born on 12 June 1987 and lived in the village of Perevoloka. In the Armed Forces of Ukraine he served as a technician-driver in the communications group.

In Voznesensk on 3 August they held the final farewell for Ukrainian serviceman Oleksandr Nahaivtsev, who was killed while carrying out a combat mission in Donetsk region. The city's residents formed a “living” corridor to duly honor the fallen defender.

Danylo Baranov was laid to rest in Sumy. The serviceman joined the State Border Guard Service back in 2022, and recently received severe wounds at the front. He is now forever 23 years old.

On the Zaporizhzhia axis, while carrying out a combat mission, serviceman Artem Kolomiiets, originally from Lysychansk in Luhansk region, was killed. The defender served in the 128 separate mountain-assault Zakarpattia brigade.
