In the Rada they called to liquidate the military enlistment centers: why the DBS raids were called a showpiece

Massive searches in territorial management centers will not solve the problem of corruption unless the system itself is changed. This position was stated by People's Deputy Dmytro Razumkov, who believes that the current TCk model needs to be completely eliminated.

In the parliamentarian's view, the DFB operation “Honest Draft” (Chesnyy Prizov), during which law enforcement conducted searches and announced the uncovering of schemes with the Obereg register, is more of a demonstrative character. He is convinced that the detention of individual defendants will not eliminate systemic problems.

Razumkov stated that over years of full-scale war, the TCk accumulated numerous cases of corruption, violence, and abuses, and the current inspections cannot change the situation. According to him, after loud statements, everything could end without real consequences, because the authorities do not dare to fully reform the system.

The politician also suggested that after such inspections the cost of illegal services may rise. According to him, now in Kyiv it allegedly amounts to from 17 to 20 thousand dollars, and due to higher risks for participants in corruption schemes these sums could become even higher.

Separately Razumkov stated that shadow financial flows in the recruitment sphere, in his assessment, reach about 3 billion euros per year. He claims that those funds would be enough to finance payments to volunteers under contracts if the parliament supported the corresponding legislative initiative.

The deputy emphasized that reforming the TCk from within is no longer possible. In his view, the system must be eliminated, and the mobilization functions transferred to the Ministry of Defense.

Razumkov also stated that a significant part of TCk employees lacks combat experience. He believes that the current work of some military recruitment offices negatively affects public trust in the Armed Forces, and Ukraine needs a transparent incentive system instead of a model based on coercion.
